Gnat stood on the flat roof of the circular tower. .it was covered with a giant yin yang symbol , , he made his way to a spiral staircase and went down a floor

and he was given an id card on his sphone...
then he was screened for all known diseases and maladies . . ..they found a few things and patched him so he was as good as new..now he was 6' 1' , , , ,35years old and in excellant health .. he looked in the mirror . .his body was lean and his face was his and his head was bald on top. .. thank you Tao tao .. .he went down the spiral staircase all the way to the ground floor .. .

Gnat>>--its about my childhood on one of my first walks,,,,I was in a diaper and slightly bow legged ,, ,, probably my first memory......i really did see a totally magical fly 30 times bigger than a normal fly on the ground in front of me on the grass... with beautiful iridescent wings and huge bulbous honey-combed eyes.....there was a small tan rock that was next to it. I squated down picked up the rock and still squating I pounded the fly with the rock... i lifted up the rock and it was gone .. .and for the first time I was amazed , ,astounded....I didnt know that things could fly...it was my first true miracle . .We'll talk about my miracles later.....back to the song rock gardens , ,, the central image .. rock gardens....something to activate the brain , a visual,,,a rock garden is a ZEN meditation space,,,a fenced yard ,, 40 feet by 20 feet , , ,filled with raked white gravel ,, to look like oceanwaves . . .and a few
choice well placed rocks to look like islands in a sea of stone,, with a viewing platdorm for meditators...also rock gardens is the name of the subdivision i was born into...rock gardens...called that because of limestone rocks appearing in the yards..the biggest one of all was in our backyard . . .the size of three cars . . .

they came to narrow valley..they followed the trail to the bottom where there was a small lake...in the middle was a small island between two bridges.. they crossed the first bridge and sat on a metal bench....observing the flora and fauna,,,they could see 2 baby turtles hauled out,,,,and in the reeds there was a white soccer ball and a clear plastic bottle,,,,gnat massaged Is's back. then IS pointed to the water..

Gnat studied it and then said it was a snake..with only its head above water moving in a sinuous pattern,,,, just then a flock of 15 canadian geese , flew directly overhead in a vee formation . . . .so close you could hear the heavy whooshing of their wings around the sounds of their joyous trumpeting . . .they lowered their landing gear and slid into the water gracefully........what a thrill , , , ,,in the monent . . . .and it was twice as nice to have someone with you to share it....they crossed the second bridge and walked up the valley side up to another metal couch...it had a bigger overall view ,,,,looking down on the fleet of canadian geese,..2 ducks flew by and landed on the far shore...
they climbed out of the valley and when they emerged they saw the city before them,,it was impressive,,,,,they walked till they came across a sidewalk in front of a 3 story building a block long , , ,just for pedestrian traffic , , ,no cars , , ,

they sat at a table near the buildiing ..the chairs were comfortable ,the sun was shining, ,the sidewalk was busy and they did some crowd watching,,Gnat loolked at IS as she looked at the pedestrians and the grass . . .she was wearing a blue long sleeved shirt with a subtle pattern of animals ... lions zebras very well done and blue jeans,,and birkinstock sandals..and her hair was short and brown,, she used bobby pins to keep the hair out of her face . . . .and she had a pretty face...not beautiful which suited Gnat just fine,,for if there is too much beauty it is a contstant distraction...pulling you into the surface layer all the time , , ,,over and over...

the asperagas was sharp and fibrous,,and the salmon was covered with singed egg white foam..and they drank the water not the frappe so they could get the whole flavor ,cleansing the palet , ,delicious
they left the cafe with their frappes ,,and headed south ,, ,the air was clean and odreless,,,the sidewalk was busy , , ,they enjoyed their frappes on the run . .the sun reached down and illuminated everything in sight., they came to a little corner market ,, ,,it was small but packed with goodies IS went in and bought a cookie ., , Gnat bought a hot dog with mustard ..,they were at the intersection of 23 street and lex lane ....Gnat was thru with his frappe and tossed it into a recycle bin , , ,there were some people throwing fresbee on the lawn and Gnat joined them.. some times he'd throw backhand and sometimes he'd throw forehand..either way there was room for improvenent ,, , , ,always learning with hope for the future , , , ,
later,,,,they checked the map on the phone and determined the apartment was many blocks away , , ,so for fun they decided to called a cab. . . . .gnat got out his sphone and by tapping the cab button twice...,..,..,and the cab was on its way , , ,,soon a red and white vw van pulled up .. . they opened the side door and gnat put his backpack toward the back .,.,,., IS jumped in the middle seat and Gnat crawled into the front passenger seat , , , ,Gnat swiped his sphone to pay for the ride , , , ,Gnat liked the fact that the two front seats were set far apart so that you could climb between them to the back if you wanted to....like a big airplane . . . .

finally they arrived . . .at Chantilly Lane . . .CD parked on the left side of the road and waited while Gnat and IS exited the vehicle,,gnat grabbed his backpack .. .. .

there was a utility room, a small kitchen, a den and a bedroom and a circullar stair going up to a loft bedroom.. this was just half the space , , ,the other half was one room with windows on the far side,,the overall footprint was that of a mobile home , , ,,

and he pressed the button and the blind lowered hitting another button and the blinds pivoted to block the view. . . ." also there is a web site for the people on the floor and one for the people in the entire building,,,they throw partys for your floor .. .you'll get an email on what to do ... " ....finally he had gnat and IS take out their sphones and he tapped their phones with his phone . ..thus entering his information into their phone list . . . .

IS worked on a painting in a Toa tao scene...lots of trees and mountains and a river dominating the canvas with a single man in a single hut .. ..with no walls nestled in nature. .the man is on his side gazing lovingly at nature. .Gnat worked on a storey set in Greem writing down what he knew . . ..what he experienced ....after an hour they both surfaced......they made some tea and took it to the coffee table in front of the couch and sat on the couch in front of the window

the fridge . . . it was full ..... she found a bag of salad with a bag of ranch salad dressing and a bag of crutons , , ,, she looked around for the salad bowls , , , ,she found the dishes behind the drawer to the left of the sink .. .. taking two out she loaded the bowls ...and added black olives, , and some avacado bits
